Everyone was extremely polite and I thought it was an excellent hospital until I ask for pain medication. I had a kidney infection and anemia. The back pain was almost unbearable. I didn't ask until I was diagnosed and ready to be discharged. I was made to feel really uncomfortable and told I had "Azo's" . Azo's work great for UTI pain but do absolutely nothing for the back pain related to a kidney infection. I left in tears. I will never go back there again.
This hospital is terrible. I would rather die on the way to a legitimate hospital. You never actually see a doctor. The staff is rude and neglectful and on top of that, they charge a ridiculous amount of money for their services.
If I could taste this hospital with no stars that would be better to describe our experience. Every experience we have had with this hospital has been horrid. They do not treat each patient respectively according to their illness, they treat according to what type of medical coverage you have.if you don't have what they prefer you are better off taking a drive to either San Antonio or Fredericksburg.
