Horrible work and a complete waste of money. We had another appraisal performed, and it came in 5.4% higher. In my opinion, Raymond Peterson’s appraisal was poorly supported, lacked credibility, and fell far below an acceptable professional standard. He has no business performing appraisals. I strongly recommend requesting someone else.
What a joke. Do not use these people they don't know what they are doing. When they appraised our home they used pictures from when it was built 3 years prior. Said that the property was in a town that is a 45 minute drive from where it is actually located and comps that were 2 years old instead of ones homes that had recently sold.
