Really bad service. They never would even come out of their back office. I went today. They saw me and completely ignored me that I was there. I finally left and tried Home Depot.
They are the absolute best! As a first-time homeowner of a 100-year old house they have saved me so much time and money on several DIY repairs. They walked me through what I would need to do and sold me the parts for a very affordable price. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable staff.
Petersens was awesome to work with. Needed to get all the supplies for our sprinkler system. The main sprinkler guy happily walked us through all we needed and pulled all the product, and answered all of our questions. If you want a friendly experience definitely recommend Petersons plumbing.
Helpful knowledgeable crew. They had everything I needed at a great price. This is more of a go to counter and ask for what you need type of hardware store - really nice to have someone knowledgeable helping figure out what you’re looking for and then go find it.
I dealt with a lot of plumbing supply companies today to include Home Depot and Lowe’s and I got to say Peterson Plumbing supply was so helpful and quick and got me a new water heater delivered within one hour! Fabulous service thank you!
