These guys are awesome!😎👍 Did a warranty exchange and it was straight forward and easy! But I didn't know the new part did not come with the exhaust manifold for the burner (flexible metal line from gas valve). I had to wait 4 days cuz it was the weekend then the holiday lol but I called a bit after 7 and the lady helped me out and was really nice! They looked into what the part was and ended up having to look in their bin for the old part that was thrown away. Thankfully they found it and now as I type this up our water h... read more
Great staff, excellent service
Really bad service. They never would even come out of their back office. I went today. They saw me and completely ignored me that I was there. I finally left and tried Home Depot.
