Keith arrived right on time to give me an estimate. We will see how that shakes out. He was friendly and efficient. That said, Keith nor his boss ever contacted me with the estimate I asked for. I recontacted Kelly Peterson and said one employee had moved on and they are very busy but they would get my estimate. Two weeks later....crickets. Integrity is doing what you say you will do upholding personal values. This results in my score dropping from a 5 to a 2. Time to find a plumber with integrity.
Called and left voicemails for a water heater emergency, never got a call back, generic voicemail, not sure this phone number is even correct.

I have used this service several times and been very happy until this week. We had a appointment set up, got a call that we missed that he could come early, had cancellations. Returned call within 15 minutes and said no problem. Our scheduled time came and went. Two hours after our time I called, he was going to be on the call he was out rest of day. Scheduled for next day. Just called 45 minutes after window to be told he was still coming. Project that needs done will take probably 2 hours - and when scheduled they were tol... read more
