Loved these guys. They were diligent and thorough and handled unexpected hassles promptly and well. Also found and installed old style unusual hardware I didn't expect to replace. Trustworthy folks.

Had a bad experience. These folks are nice…until they’re not. My bill was split into several portions, I completely forgot the last small portion, their system didn’t send a reminder. Got a message out of the blue 7-8 months later that I was overdue. Got very busy with work but intended to pay, Alex instead felt it necessary to quickly threaten collections before just giving me a reminder. Alex and Tom did a great job! I had to replace a lot of piping in my new house and they communicated what needed to be done in a very understandable way. Very trustworthy company that has competitive pricing. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the St. Paul area.
