I love Peterson park, its my third time coming here. I love the staff, they are very kind and generous. Great customer service. Everyone is so welcoming. I will definitely recommend this place for short and long term stay.
This facility is just as bad as Oak Park Oasis!!! They don't clean the rooms regularly! They don't change the bed linen regularly! They don't sweep or mop until you raise hell with the Administrator about the housekeeping department!!! They let the elderly residents urinate on the floor and leave it for hours! The food is ALWAYS cold! They can't get a food request right to save their own lives!!! The hot food be cold and when ask to warm it, they put the entire food tray in the microwave... Cold drinks, ice cream, and all!!!... read more
I have been here past one year and my experience has been great. Staff has been amazing. Special shoutout to some staff- Yuri, Maddie, Lisa, Qebal, Kinyouna, and nurse Elena and Courtney and DON Rachele. It was a big pleasure to be here for past year. I will miss everyone.
