We have placed an expensive order for marine cable 2 weeks ago, and it has not shipped. I've emailed their admin email twice, their support email on their website bounced, and their number goes to a full mailbox. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I have no way of contacting this company and starting to worry that this is no longer a operating business. After multiple attempts trying to contact directly regarding an order with no response ,Im writing this review . Do not waste your time with ordering items from this business . Do not bother emailing or calling as they lead to no response . When you call it’s almost like they set up the answering machine with no intent to allow you to leave a VM . Order never received . Calls and emails unanswered.
After speaking with Cam around March 3rd and him telling me my order would get right out so that I would have the Victron items I needed for an upcoming trip, I placed my order. They use SHOP. That was March 4. I received an order confirmation but nothing further. My trip was coming up on Mar 11. I called at least 40 times over a couple day span, sent emails, left VMs. Nothing. Terrible Communication or No communication at all. Ordered a product over a month ago which says it is in stock on the website. Still has not shipped, no communication after leaving multiple voicemails and emails. I even talked to someone who said "Let me look into this and get back to you" . No phone call, email, text... crickets Unable to cancel order in the shop app. Just Awful experience all around!!!
This company said they would reach out to me regarding my order. The owner said “I will reach out today to rectify this situation” but I NEVER was reached out to. The ONLY time I got any response from the company at all was when the owner replied to my review. So I’m trying again, PLEASE SHIP MY LANTERN!!!!! OR REFUND MY ORDER!!!
