Placed an order for a hard to find part. A week went by I had received no emails confirming shipment. I tried the admin email and it got sent back. I called every number and each one took me to a voicemail that could not accept messages. Today I received a cancellation email. No explanation why or call back. Be cautious when ordering.
Bogus website? I put in an order on the website and received a confirmation email, but then didn't hear anything about shipping. The charge on my CC was pending, but eventually dropped off. I had a feeling that they were bogus so I called multiple times. It's an automated system that always said they were too busy to take a call. Voicemail was full. Tried emailing, but no response. We have placed an expensive order for marine cable 2 weeks ago, and it has not shipped. I've emailed their admin email twice, their support email on their website bounced, and their number goes to a full mailbox. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I have no way of contacting this company and starting to worry that this is no longer a operating business. After multiple attempts trying to contact directly regarding an order with no response ,Im writing this review . Do not waste your time with ordering items from this business . Do not bother emailing or calling as they lead to no response . When you call it’s almost like they set up the answering machine with no intent to allow you to leave a VM . Order never received . Calls and emails unanswered.
After speaking with Cam around March 3rd and him telling me my order would get right out so that I would have the Victron items I needed for an upcoming trip, I placed my order. They use SHOP. That was March 4. I received an order confirmation but nothing further. My trip was coming up on Mar 11. I called at least 40 times over a couple day span, sent emails, left VMs. Nothing.
