Wonderful, attentive and personal staff and management team.
Snow removal is supposed to be offered per our lease but it is consistently done poorly, late, and not salted properly. Our postal carrier scolded us last week and threatened to not deliver our mail if we did not clear the snow- we ended up just doing it ourselves. An elder neighbor scolded us for our sidewalks consistently being a hazard yesterday.
