The receptionist, Betina, berated my sweet husband over an insurance mistake. He was so sad that he left a 1 star google review which mentioned her by name. I tried telling him the dentists are great, but we've never been able to discuss this with them. My husband made an appointment for a dental emergency and I guess Betina read his old review because she cancelled it and told him he was permanently dismissed as a patient. Let me preface by saying I have not received this substandard level of care and compassion from any healthcare provider in my entire life. About 6 months ago I went in for a cleaning and was snatched out of the chair and told that my insurance was invalid. The customer service at this dentist is abhorrent to put it mildly. I had a 9:40am appt for a cleaning. I arrived on time and was asked if all my information was the same. It was to the best of my knowledge. I was then brought back, and went into the chair. The bib was clipped around my neck and at that point there was an issue with my insurance. I've seen Dr. Van Horne and his assistants several times in the last few years. Always friendly and helpful, explains what's needed. They do great work. Best dentist ever!
