The receptionist, Betina, berated my sweet husband over an insurance mistake. He was so sad that he left a 1 star google review which mentioned her by name. I tried telling him the dentists are great, but we've never been able to discuss this with them. Let me preface by saying I have not received this substandard level of care and compassion from any healthcare provider in my entire life. About 6 months ago I went in for a cleaning and was snatched out of the chair and told that my insurance was invalid.
