My grandfather made arrangements for his own funeral years ago . We have been trying to get in touch with this funeral home for days. Showed up and knocked and no answer. Also No answer or voicemail on their phone number provided on their website. I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone about my grandfather’s arrangements . Their last Facebook post is 2021 and their Website says open but literally no one is there. Where is my grandfathers money? This is absurd !
My friend had passed in Bridgeport. The family had chosen this funeral home for services. Everyone couldn't go in together due to covid regulations which were properly followed. They let us pay respects. As a wholesome gift, they given his mom a blanket with his picture on it. Highly appreciated.

Worst experience ever Leslie lied to me more than 2x she took more money than she was supposed to from my family gave my paperwork to wrong people and did worse othe things I can’t discuss she will see me in COURT please do NOT trust her wit ur love ones
Terrible service! They spelled the deceased name wrong and they didn't care when it was brought to their attention. They kicked us out the place 30 minutes early. The absolute worst! How are they still in business is unbelievable! To your reply: it was brought to your attention and you dismissed it. You were dismissive through the whole process.
