Peterson CAT service is amazing. I run a fishing charter and have C-12's in my boat. Every once in awhile something (usually a sensor) dies at a real, real bad time. EVERY time this has happened, someone from Peterson has met me at the dock (even on Labor Day Weekend) so I did not miss a day of fishing. Peterson NEVER says no and always has someone at the dock (2.5 hours away) to fix my boat, 24/7. There techs are always friendly, fast, and always get the job done.
