Im not saying this happened from this branch, but a field service truck hit a delineator on highway 17 and the weighted base hit my car / radiator and dented it. Not cool. The delineators were not in the road. Im sure their service is great but thats pretty messed up.
We own all Cat equipment and they have some hours on them now. Everytime something breaks and I call their parts dept, Oscar has gone above and beyond to get me back to work. I'll keep buying Cat machines from Peterson if they have people like Oscar to help me out when I need it.
When I drop my machine off, they charge me for cleaning it and never cleaned it. Which was several hundred dollars. I asked him to take a look at the air conditioner because it wasn’t working. This happened at the beginning of Covid, when I got back in my machine, the air conditioner was not working. They would not warrantee it because it had been past the amount of time they warranted it for. I brought up the fact that it was during the time of Covid when we had a stay at home order, they didn’t care.
