I was scheduled for a caterpillar motorhome service. Arrived at the location on Henderson. The person at the information desk stated they did not work on motorhomes. That it was not possible that someone gave me an appointment. I brought it over to RWC, which gave me a date for service. No problems leaving it on their lot.
Peterson Cat Eugene has always treated us with respect. They go above and beyond to help us out regularly. No matter which department. The employees are some of the most stand up individuals.
Hung up on multiple times and haven't been called back by parts. Would not call this location back. Poor customer service.
