James and Racheal went above and beyond after they installed an awning for my client that was out of state. They let me make videos to share with her, so she knows how to properly operate the new awning. They were respectful and left the area looking better than it was when they left.
I can't recommend Peterson highly enough. Their work is impeccable and they stand by their products more than a decade later. My awnings have held up to Colorado weather far, far longer than expected, and even survived a "spear" thrown by the 80+ mph winds. I'd like to thank owner Natalia, and today's team, James and Rachel, for such exemplary service, craftsmanship and materials.
Natalia really spent time with us to find a solution to shade our small Boulder west-facing yard. This is a great local small business.
