I held both of my parents’ services here. John and his team are extremely In tune with the needs of a grieving family. My mom had to be transported to Ecuador and John’s team handled all the paperwork, translations and seals that were needed. When we knew my dads passing was inevitable I reached out to let them know I, again, would be needing their assistance. The team at Peterson-Bassi Chapels took such care of us and our loved one. They were compassionate in all the interactions we had with them. They also facilitated the arrangement of a funeral mass with one of the local churches even though we were not parishioners. The pricing and process was transparent. I would highly recommend their services to others.
John, Sabrina and Maria were so helpful with getting everything arranged for my family and me. They made a very stressful time so much easier. From the setup of the wake thru the Funeral Mass and luncheon (including the restaurant recommendations), they organized every detail thru the end. I would recommend them highly.
