One word summarizes my experience and lasting ramifications with Peterson Automotive & Diesel; DISASTER. I brought my E350 into Peterson not running with contaminated fuel, a dirty fuel tank and bad fuel pump. Peterson said they would drop and clean out the fuel tank, decontaminate and repair the fuel system and replace the fuel pump. Additionally they said there was a problem with the glow plugs and recommended replacing the relay that powers the glow plugs, engine control module and transmission control electronics.
