I had a hit a run in a parking lot 6/6/24 and called my insurance immediately. Filed a claim and chose Peterson autoplex. On the 24th, I called my insurance to see if Peterson was going to reach out to me to schedule to have me come in. Nope.. finally today 7/1/24 I had time to go in and get an estimate just to find the claim was closed out in the computer.
