Ed did a very nice job of servicing our neutralizer.
It’s good to see an excellent company still in business for many years. These folks drilled my well and installed the pump in 1986. They serviced the pressure tank a few years ago but otherwise the system has been flawless. Recently there seemed to be a vibrating noise when the pump ran but it was intermittent. Josh came to check it out and everything was working okay except how long can a 40 year old piece of equipment last? So no pressure to replace the unit but it seems like a good idea to get a new unit before it decides... read more
Josh and the young man, whose name I didn’t get, were very polite, thoughtful of my property, and worked diligently to solve my well issue.
Ed is always most helpful not only in the job he was scheduled to do, but in information regarding other equipment I have via his knowledge of how said equipment should function.
