Replaced my well pump in January 2025 and Terry Bruaw the admin never mentioned I could buy a five-year warranty for $75 until after the 30 day timeframe window was up. When I said that she didn't offer it when they installed the pump nor when she sent the invoice, she said it was too late to take advantage of it which is illogical and unprofessional since I was not aware of it.
