My girl had an ear infection, so I just dropped in without booking, which I think is not the standard way to do it. The Vet was kind enough to squeeze us in, after a little wait, it was all over in 10 mins. Dr Glen was really nice and gave her an injection, antibiotics, steroids, ear cream (which was impossible for me to get in her ear without losing a finger!?). She healed up nicely after a week! The best with Frenchies
My French bulldog has been a client of PetVets for his entire 9.5yrs, and we travel 30 min to the clinic because it's the only place I trust! Dr Glen is always generous with his time ensuring that he listens and addresses each concern, and his bedside manner is amazing - I always feel informed and at ease with any issues or procedure. I have been bringing my 3 English Bulldogs to Petvets for the last 10 years. I cannot fault the service I have consistently received from Glen and his amazing team including Annabelle and Megan! They make you feel like family and genuinely care about their clients and pets. I am always confident in the diagnoses and treatment plans suggested and I value the aftercare provided such as follow up welfare check calls post surgery and the the adorable personalised medication bags my dogs receive.
