Very very disappointed with this Medical Practice lately. The constant turn over of GPs, the unreliability of not having regular doctors has been going on for sometime since Dr Lim left. It is extremely frustrating for my family who are patients, and friends I have spoken too who are also go there too that we all have to seek GPs at other places whilst this practice only offers Telehealth ATM! Not a happy with the constant unreliability here!!
I have been a patient of this practice since it's early days in 2014. As a patient of Dr Hsien Lim during this time I received nothing but exceptional, professional medical treatment, advice and support. Reception staff were all outstanding. Recently, since Dr Lim's departure it has been difficult to obtain a face to face consultation. Bulk billing telephone consultations are only available between 6.00am - 7.00am , and 11.00pm - 12.00am!!! Any other time, a fee is charged!!! This is absolutely ridiculous. I've been with this practice for years. The current doctor Sarah is excellent. But fir some reason its been closed for about 2 weeks, there's no notice on the door stating why, nothing
Have heard this place is no good and it was proven recently when my girlfriend struggled to get a proper appointment for an ongoing ailment. They told her to book for a phone appointment. The only available times for a phone appointment were 5:50am and 11pm?! Pretty unreasonable. She gets up early and ready for the appointment. No call. No apology. If you want a better clinic I’d advise you to go elsewhere but here.
They do not accept any new patients..
