I had a very good experience here when buying my Audi A4, Mark and Nick made both my buying experience and finance experience nice and straightforward. I had a small issue in the first week or so but their repair shop in Havant was on hand to get it sorted promptly and free of charge under the warranty. Would throughly recommend buying from here if they have the right car for you!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARAGE!!!! sold a car that has engine failure and refused to do anything about it. Informing them of the problems from the start but failed to correct the issue, refusing to help any further, reported well within the correct time frame but washed their hands of the car when it continued to go wrong, leaving the owner having to purchase a new car from a reputable dealer whilst struggling through her cancer treatment. stay away!!!!!!!!

The staff at the Norton dealership are incredibly helpful and friendly. Whilst my motorcycle was being MOT'd in the workshop, I felt welcomed and comfortable. I used this opportunity to peruse the variety of beautiful machines in the showroom and forecourt. And on top of that, a decent cup of coffee, too.
