I asked them for a corticosteroid inhaler months ago. I still haven’t got it despite needing it as it is asthma season. Their negligence is going to get someone killed one day. They actually prescribed an inhaler and didn't tell me meaning that due to these clowns I have had an inhaler waiting for me at the pharmacy for over a month (assuming they have not thrown it out) and have suffered needlessly with asthma. Worst practice in Cambridge. No help anytime I’ve been there. 0 starts from me. Only one doctor and a nurse deserve any good comments. Definitely not the receptionists.
I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews on here. The GPs at this practice are brilliant and always do their best to see or speak to you as quickly as possible. They’ve been absolutely fantastic with my baby and always made time to see him even if sometimes I’m probably just being an over anxious new mum. The receptionists can sometimes be a bit brusque but that has never affected my quality of care.
I have just joined this practice and for the first time in several years I have a practice which treats me like person and not a problem. Everyone has been effecient and welcoming, with quick feedback on test results, prompt offering of an annual check up and the spring Covid injection. I am sorry others have had negative experiences and really felt I needed to offer and alternative view. Thank you for being so welcoming and caring.
Phone receptionist super rude and didn’t even listen to me, did not care at all to help me.
