Needed urgent referral at 4pm for the next day which the gp and admin staff went above and beyond to sort out for me. Also no wait time on phone lines and 2 call backs in one day. Very happy with service and have only ever had a good experience with this GP.
The nurse was running a bit behind schedule but was very helpful and friendly and dealt with me in an efficient professional manner, and answered all the questions I had to ask. A good experience overall.
Very compassionate and caring practice. Fantastic reception team. I find the new email booking system much less stressful than waiting in a queue on the phone. All the staff are wonderful and the appointment system works well. Choice of text, phone call or face to face is a good system and must save time and money. When the NHS works it is wonderful. We need to treasure it. Thank you so much.
