Fantastic experience from the initial phonecall through to the actual treatment. I visited the UTC twice, the advice was clear, with treatment undertaken in a calm, professional environment. A quality team. Thank you.
Excellent urgent care-- saw us very quickly and were super nice and professional.
I wish I could say something positive about the service I was sent to back morning with a appointment made by a nurse on Friday so I turned up for it the very rude nurse was said it's not her job to treat me because my doctors told me to go to them for my needs to be sorted out shame on yourself.,,,
Excellent! Thank you so much for checking out my 13 yr old grandson who had fallen from a rope swing. A very thorough and very caring assessment was carried out, and he was shown great consideration as a young person. Both members of staff directed all communication to him, listened to his answers and answered his questions. Thank you, also, to the friendly and helpful staff member on reception.
I had to visit this hospital on the 16th July due to having a accident at work and I must say the staff were amazing I'd like thank Diane and Julie who treated me they kept me at ease through out my stay before being moved to QA Portsmouth
