They did what i needed and it took them 20 mins. But the bad thing is they broke my window switches more in the process of putting my window up.
Took my car to Petersens’ for my Ram 1500 running like I am towing. It’s a long story so I’ll get right to it. I ended up getting spark plugs done since my husband was driving to Spokane. While he was in Spokane, the truck was definitely not running right. My Ram was making a noise. Absolutely the worst service shop ever been to. They broke exhaust manifold after I just got a new exhaust manifold 2 months prior. Then they charged me for that to repair it. Paid upwards of 18 thousand dollars for them to have supposedly rebuild the top of my engine, struts, all sorts of work. They had my vehicle since November and every single time they said it was done, I had to take it right back in as it was running worse than before it went into their shop. I was looking for a repair shop to rely on. They took me in last minute, were very friendly and professional and met my needs for oil change and tail light repair. I definitely will be coming to Petersen’s automotive with future needs for my Subaru.
