I don't usually write reviews. I was pretty stressed about the situation, and he just came in calm, figured it out, and handled it. He explained things in a way that actually made sense and didn't make me feel like an idiot. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it shows. We got to talking and I found out he's from Mill Valley and his family as well, which I honestly loved. It made the whole experience feel more personal like you're dealing with a real local who cares.

After a big company tried to scare me into a $16,000 job Taylor checked it out and reassured me that it was completely unnecessary. I appreciate his knowledge, straightforward and honest communication and like that he knows his stuff and is local and oriented towards taking care of our community.
