Just finished our annual water heater service with Kyle. Super nice guy, very knowledgeable, and did a great job running through our system. Taylor and his team have been great over the years and that service continues to this day. Thanks, Kyle!

We had a very clogged kitchen sink, Kyle showed up 15 minutes early for a 7am appointment. He was polite and kind saying Happy Halloween to the kids and went to work. He explained the work he was going to perform, the potential risks and got it done! If you need a plumber Kyle and Petersen is the way to go.

Very knowledgeable experts. The owner Taylor picks up the phone himself and is very patient with customer questions. Local to Mill Valley. Highly recommend you speak with them about water heaters or other plumbing jobs.

I can’t recommend Petersen Plumbing, and specifically Kyle, enough. Over the last few months we’ve had two plumbing issues that surfaced. Both times, Kyle was able to come very quickly, assess and diagnose the issues, provide advice and transparency around different options and solutions. He has also gone above and beyond in following up after the fact to make sure things are working as expected and that the issues are fully resolved. Highly recommend!!
