As always... the staff and Dr. Leo address the problem(s) with compassion, professionalism and efficiency. Our Giant Schnauzer has been seeing Dr. Leo for her entire life and we drive from Iowa City for her "special touch!"
Dr. McGinty was kind and attentive, as usual, in helping us manage the palliative care for our chronically ill cat, Apollo. He listens to our observations and concerns and makes sure we understand what is possible and what is not. This helps us work as a team to choose the best clinical and financial options regarding his care moving forward. Professional, well-organized, and very clean. Dr. Leo is compassionate, attentive, and truly takes the time to listen. Everyone, from the front desk to the staff in the back, is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely seems happy to be there. It’s wonderful to see such a positive environment, especially because that warmth and care helps our animals feel comfortable and loved when they come in!
