Petersen Pet Hospital is a top-notch facility that treats my pet and my family with kindness and respect. My dog is older and has terrible anxiety about going to the vet for any appointment. All of the doctors, assistants and front staff are flexible and accommodating and meet Macy where she feels comfortable; even if that means examining her on the floor. Was wonderful experience. Great with my dogs. Answered questions and I left with a great experience.
We have used Petersen Pet Hospital for several years for several different pets. They always go above and beyond. When our dog broke his leg, they gave us a referral the same day to a hospital that could surgically repair his leg. Also, they squeezed us in when our dog had an infection which caused him a lot of pain.
We had a very good experience. It was an annual checkup with a couple of shots and they made my cat feel comfortable and cared for. They were thorough and very quick and really cared.
