We bought our boat new in 04 and have taken it back several times to have things added and winterized. There has never been a hitch and we have had only good experiences with Petersen Marine and their staff. In fact our boat is in there now with a minor problem ( the 1st we've had).
I recently needed to pick up a rope that was left in a boat that Petersen was servicing. I did so and accidentally left my Persol sunglasses ($250) in the boat. The only reason I know that is because Mike (the service manager) told my Dad that was the case when they made arrangements to pick the boat up the next day.
