They did awesome job on my car. They showed me the damaged parts when I came in to get it. They were quick to get it in and fixed. Also told me stuff that will need repaired later on. Overall 100% satisfied with them.
Absolutely the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. There was no BS "having to check with my boss" Marcia Green handled the entire deal. Even when I was signing the paperwork there was no mention of extended warranties or the other add on that other dealers really push. I could not be more satisfied with my purchase.
I needed a warranty repair on my brakes. I had called a place closer to me who told me they couldn’t get me in for 10 days to diagnose my car - repair would happen after that. Even after I mentioned feeling unsafe in my vehicle. I called this place the same day and they had my car diagnosed and repaired in 48 hours! Staff is great! Didn't have a loaner I could use. Awesome dealership but if you have an extended warranty through Dodge they will NOT honor it!!! This blew my mind! 72k for a 1ton, another 5k for extended warranty and they can't honor it when Dodge sold it to me!
Came in and met with Steve who helped me get all my questions answered and my Dodge Ram road ready. Even pointed me in the direction of the cool drive in theater up the road and a place to complete my dream overlander. I love dealers who know where to go and wishes to get their customers in the best option available for their goals.
