Attention Truck Drivers/Management! I just picked up from Tylor TX. They build the pallets/boxes unprofessionally themselves . It is hard to properly strap them for hauling in a big rig because you cannot tighten the straps as the cheap wood of the pallet/boxes frame would break. Plus, their forklift drivers don’t do a good job by placing the adjacent pallets/frames in way that their main support pillars are in line for proper strapping. The wood breaks and tear your tarp. If -10 was available would be the perfect rating for this place, they don’t stick to their datelines at the last minute you get a call to tell you that they are short or their equipment is down and that is days or weeks after you’ve to get a hold of them. No matter what excuse they have they will end up putting your project behind schedule. Watch out for the overcharge when they come saying we need to fab more coil just to charge you for their mistakes.
