Always fast and friendly. Clean waiting and exam rooms. They can take care of more than just cats and dogs like you l our turtle.
Price gouging your customers time and time again is not ok. Charging so much for simple things and charging fit in fees when it was just a regular appointment. Paid on my bill early with cash and before due date to get told I missed my payment and charged more money. I was hung up on and when asked for a copy of my vet records it said I cussed them out and hung up. Didn't hang up because they hang up on me when they realized they were wrong.
