We came to Haines for a short stay and had a screw in our tire. As we were already using the spare tire and had to travel around 800 miles more to our final destination, we were looking for a repair shop which could help us. Our hotel suggested Peters Tire & Auto and after a short search on Google we were on our way. The guys from Peters Tire & Auto were very friendly and repaired our tire immediately. I live in Haines and the owner is always quick to respond and help, even though he’s very busy. He’s been amazing when I’ve been in a jam with battery and tire issues. He has my highest recommendation.
Really great people, they were able to help me out last minute when I got a flat on a trailer heading north. They had us roadworthy again in no time.
Traveling with camper trailer from out of state and needed a radiator hose and fitting changed on my 2014 Ram 2500 diesel. Peters Tire & Auto was recommended to me by another camper. I was able to obtain the part from local parts store. I dropped into Peters about 10:30 am on a Monday morning with part in hand and asked if they could install the new parts. They said no problem.
