Michael and Karen, and the rest of their team are phenomenal. They executed quickly and efficiently on a time crunch to get a deal for us done. We would not have closed without them. High suggest them if you need true and good legal work and backing! Thanks so much to the team!
We had a really smooth and clear process with this law firm. Deb is very very helpful in explaining all the details you should know and in answering all questions… She even gave us additional information that were necessary. She is a professional in her work. Their office has several rooms that provide a personal space for reviewing and signing the documentation. I totally recommend Peters & Sowyrda.

Her commitment to her clients, coupled with her skills in resolving complex title issues, made a significant difference in our experience. Amy and h... read more

It was an extremely stressful period of several months, and doubly so with me being a first time homebuyer. There were ... read more
