I was quite surprised to read all the bad reviews. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. From the moment I walked in Vanessa greeted me with a smile. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel very welcomed! Crystal was also friendly, knowledgeable , and took my vitals. I immediately clicked with her because we both have older kids and loved dogs. Finally Dr Santos is excellent. You can tell she really is passionate about helping people. I had just moved to TN and required a hysterectomy. I didn't have a Dr here but came to see Dr. Peters. He was so nice and caring. He called after my surgery to make sure I was doing ok. He was informative and told me of all the risks. He made sure my spouse was given details. I cannot give enough kind words.

I would really like to thank DR peters for being such a great help he was so kind and awesome to help us find a better place to park at oak ridge methodist thank you so much. we need more Doctors with this special kindness and attitude. thank you so much.

DONT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!!! This doctor was disrespectful to my sister when she was coming to get checked out for something severe. And he choose to do nothing for her and she’s at work right now in pain because of how stupid he is. He body shamed her, when she wasn’t even coming for that. He made her feel bad about herself.
