Do not use this company. They installed a drain field at my property, and about a year later, I had human waste backing up on my lawn. They gave me a lifetime warrantee on their work, so I called to have them come look at what was going on. They admitted the drain field was installed improperly and needed to be redone. I agreed to have them redo the work, and I made sure to ask them to send me the permit they pulled for the repair. Months went by, and still no permit was even applied for. In the time of disaster after hurricane Ian , my neighbor was using them and they came down to give a estimate, we accepted since a work full time at a local hospital.they required a half down deposit ( res flag I guess) they never showed on the day they were supposed to.called several times 3 different numbers and finally The manager Maria said somebody would call me back, never heard back.
