Omar and partner not only arrived on time, they were 20 minutes early to the window I was given. Very professional and personable. Addressed the issue immediately, and repaired it in short time. This was a breath of fresh air. I had another plumber here last week that said I had no issue despite the fresh water marks on my drywall. Shame on them. Peter's Plumbing was chosen to install replacement water heaters in my attic based on a friend's recommendation and competitive pricing. Throughout the job, communication was excellent. Workmanship was outstanding and the work was completed in the time quoted. The work area was left clean when the project was complete.

I've had a kitchen sink and garbage disposal installed along with a couple of my toilets replaced. I've also done some piping renovation a laundry room, and replaced all my galvanized steel pipes to PEX on another property I owned (which required a permit with the City of Houston that Peter's Plumbing was certified to work on). Also, I had a broken sewage pipe that was repaired and paid through my AHS warranty with Peter's Plumbing. Called yesterday (6/24) for help getting a faucet with low water pressure fixed. Had a scheduled appointment and was told I'd receive a message when the driver was en route and given a time window for arrival. This morning I got the message and the gentleman showed up during the time window I was given. He was very professional and took the time to test the system to ensure the problem was fixed correctly and then got it fixed quickly. Very pleased with the professional, timely service I received.
