My experience here was extremely negative. The pricing came across as predatory, and the staff did not clearly explain what tests they were doing, why they were necessary, or how much they would cost upfront. The way the issues were presented made everything sound like an emergency that had to be dealt with on the spot, and then I was hit with a quote that was roughly double what I’d expect to pay outside a dealership. Came because I had a flat, they told me I needed an appointment to help me. My car is under warranty. I am sorry I didn't make an appointment for a flat I didn't expect to have.

I’ve been treated very well at Peter’s Honda. They were so helpful getting my transmission replaced under warranty and recommended service that was needed. They communicated what needed to be done and the repair was fast and efficient and the final cost came in under the estimate. I had a loaner car while my car was being serviced so no interruption to my job or life! So Thankful!
