This guy is a crook. He took my money then stopped returning my phone calls. He was also extremely unprofessional and kept forgetting my name.
He took my money and didn't perform the service I paid him to do. I have heard others say the same thing.
I have to say that Fred Peters is an excellent attorney. If you think you cannot afford an attorney you are wrong. You cannot afford to go to court without Peters. Retaining Fred Peters will actually cost you less than representing yourself as well as reduce your consequences. He is representing my son and I continue to be amazed at his abilities.
