Richard N Whitney In my opinion should have his License to practice revoked. I was a patient at Licking Memorial Hospital suffering from Profuse GI bleeding. Due to cirrhosis of the liver. I was heavily sedated at the time so he did not interview me. He did interview my girlfriend. In his report he stated that I was an alcoholic,that I drank a 6 pack an up to a 12 pack of beer a day I had lost numerous jobs due to drinking, that I was a 42 year old male.
