This is the build quality we received from PCH - gaps between the ZIP waterproofing boards, covered up with tape that eventually peeled off Edit (in response): As you can see below, PCH monitors their Social Reviews. What you don't see is, behind the scenes, they sent a legal threat to try to silence me and get rid of my negative review - since it does not match their sales narrative of all positive reviews. PCH and Nick Peters did an amazing job for us at our home at Quail Hollow. Always there to assist with questions well after the renovation was completed. It was a complex, project and I highly recommend him !
