This guy sucks and a ripoff Â
Once again, Sam and Eric come to my rescue while visiting Roanoke! Last year they went above and beyond to make sure my wife's A/C was fixed for her ride home......on a Sunday. This time my Cadillac was overheating, and they went right to it to make sure my car was fixed promptly and properly. They kept me in the loop via cell phone, and didn't find any other issues pertaining to my car like so many mechanics will do (when not needed). Sam, as always, made me feel like family.
