Zero cooperation on completing task that are requested and Dodges problems, instead of taking care of them.
We bought the home when it was a year old. It is now 2 years old with outside pipe leaking. There is only a 1 year warranty for original owners and they tried to quickly get me off the phone.
Don't expect the courtesy of a reply to emails. My emails were ignored for two weeks. They claim to not keep records on previous construction either, so don't expect any assistance if you have a question and you're not the original owner.
This company gets one star for three reasons: (1) I can't do any lower; (2) one saleswoman in the office (not the main one and not the owner's daughter); (3) the site manager. The main salesperson was quick to be rude and snippy. The owner is rude and condescending. Peters advertised a 4-6 month timeframe for a 1400 sf home. It took 10 months, and they offered no concessions.
