So, it’s been more than 9 months since my trip to the east coast has been cancelled due to covid 19. And until this day I haven’t gotten any news on where my money is and when will I get it back, I’ve sent them a lot of emails during this months and they haven’t replied yet. Avoid to waste your time with this agencie, they basically STOLE my money
Booked my East Coast trip with Peterpans in Coogee in Jan 2019. The staff knew exactly what they were doing and set up my trip exactly the way I wanted it and to suit my needs and interests down to a tee. Having completed my trip and returned to Ireland, there was one tour that had been cancelled while I was on the east coast and that I was due a refund for. I have planned my East Coast trip with Vera. She was so friendly and informed me very well. Due to this I went to Fraser Island and Whitsundays. Everything was good organized and I would love to do this over!
