Great prices and my son and I learned the difference between board feet and linear feet. Staff is approachable and friendly. Experience like this can change our wood shopping habits. Sorry big box stores.
I drove 2 hours to get cherry wood for a custom wood project of re-building a skylight & wainscoting for our Motorhome. There is a huge selection and lots of staff to help. I appreciated that they allowed me to bring my own saw out back and trim down the section that wouldn’t fit in my SUV. The staff was helpful, the wood seemed satisfactory but when I brought it back, the carpenter was surprised it wasn’t solid all the way through and therefore the end pieces would show and not stain the same.
