Staff are amazing, helpful and courteous. The price and selection of unique species of wood is the BEST!
I was unimpressed with my first visit. I ultimately left without receiving any assistance. After parking, I walked past several forklift drivers who appeared to be standing idle. I then went into the office, where the staff seemed disengaged. One person was working at a computer, and two others appeared uninterested in helping customers. I waited behind others who were being assisted but was never acknowledged, even after making eye contact. Perhaps Saturdays are not fully staffed.
