Worst surgery I have been to receptionist this there god's gift will go out there way not to help you but to argue with you and even refuse to help. I will be making a complaint to the ICB about this practice as they are a joke
Recently moved to this practice. Needed an appointment, submitted a request on Patches this morning at 10.09am and was seen in the surgery at 10:45am. Very quick, efficient and great service. Communication was great the entire time. DR Mahmood was amazing, checked my records, ensured everything was correct. Took the time to understand my history and listen. Really easy to get an appointment no stress. Very friendly receptionist and clean practice.

A big thank you to Dr Rasool! I called at 8am and was 19th in the queue but it moves fairly fast so wait times aren’t too bad, got an appointment for 2 hours later and in person. Had bad experiences in the past with doctors not listening/talking over me so felt a bit nervous going in but Dr Rasool is fantastic! She was so patient with me and described in detail exactly what my issue is and how to treat it, but I also appreciated that she explained why. She printed helpful pages for my condition so I could get more info too. ... read more
