Unhelpful, rude, ignorant, now I see why they barely have a 2 star review. They have false information on their website, and when I asked why it stated on their website that certain services were available if that was not the case, I got nothing but an attitude. Absolutely ridiculous. Mickey mouse surgery.
Husband received 1st class care recently. Phoned for a same day appt. Was seen 3 hours later. Tests completed. Results actioned. Arranged for medication to be collected. Follow up appointment made. Well Done.
I have a painful ear infection, and they don't let me to see the doctor, only the nurse. I don't even see my GP because it's impossible to meet with him and it's always different person.
Absolutely ridiculous, Alison on the phone clearly just wanted people off the phone cause I jumped from 4th in the queue to 1st in under 2mins. Didn't even listen to my list of symptoms and just panned me off to the pharmacy. I've had quite bad symptoms for a week, if it was something I thought a pharmacy could handle it I would've went. What if I need tests or a sample kit?? Like honestly wtf. Hate phoning the GP
