Honestly, I wouldn't recommend renting here. You're better off looking somewhere else. This company shows very little loyalty to its tenants. If five or more new businesses come along selling the same products you do and want to lease space, they'll rent to them without considering how it affects your business or your profits. They seem more focused on filling spaces than supporting the success of their existing tenants.

For the past three years, I have rented from Petereit, and I can confidently say they’ve been excellent landlords. Whenever I’ve had any questions about the property, they’ve always been quick to respond. In fact, I’m currently in the process of leasing a second retail space from them. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a commercial space.
