I had a wonderful experience at Private Roots. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and clearly cared about the well-being of cat Toulouse. Dr. Estle took the time to explain everything in detail to me and made sure all of my questions were answered. They were patient, gentle, and made Toulouse feel comfortable during his visit. I brought my sick baby flying squirrel here and Jen saw him , she was sweet ,kind and gentle with us . She was honest and informative with as well. I will be bringing them back to her ! Thank you for being a vet around here that takes small exotic animals !
My fiancé and I found Private Roots Vet when looking for a second opinion for our sick dog. The first call, I was met with kindness and swiftness. They were able to squeeze Holley in immediately. When we brought Holley in, she fell in love with Dr. Estle and her team. Being as sick as she was, she would use all her energy to love on everyone there and everyone let her! I had recently taken my dog here for just routine vaccinations…. 500 dollars for 3 shots 🤢…. As soon as we left we called around to different places to bring out other dog to because we were not paying another 500 dollars for shots. Weare vet quoted is 110 for same exact visit… This place is ridiculously overpriced and with our one and only visit was not impressed.
