Friendly staff
I cannot say enough about Dr Jen . She came to our house when we had to say goodbye to our 16 year old dog, Stella. We didnt want her to be stressed during her last moments and Dr Jen saw to it that she wasn't. She could not have been any kinder or more loving, both to Stella and to us. She helped to make a terribly difficult time a little easier!
Private Roots Vets and staff are AMAZING! My rescue dog gets super nervous around new people and going to a new vet was definitely something I wasn't looking forward to. The staff at Private Roots did an amazing job with my dog, eased my anxiety, and provided excellent care. I've been twice now and have been so impressed with their ability to work with my pup. If you are nervous about vet visits with your pets, this is the place to go!
Switched to this vet and had our first visit with our pooch yesterday. We had such a good tech, cannot remember her name at the moment. She was thorough, very clear, and there was never a question what you were walking into price-wise. The vet we saw, Dr. Ansanelli, was the same kind of personality, open, honest and knowledgeable. Cannot ask for more. People at the front desk were warm and welcoming too.
