Very good in terms of being able to book an appointment fast and that the dentists treated me with care ,which is important as a nervous patient. However, After having two separate deep cleaning treatments,in order to treat some bad periodontal pockets my symptoms in a specific area have not improved and possibly worsened despite me following their advice on home cleaning regime. I was treated with absolute kindness and compassion by the Receptionist who came to find me as I was lost and bewildered while trying to find the practice. She went above and beyond to help me as I have to use a stick and she even carried my bag for me. I am petrified of going to the dentist, however I was seen by Nihaal and Isabelle who quickly put me at my ease and prevented me bursting into tears! I love these people! I strongly recommend Peterborough Dental Hub. They are thoroughly professional , up-to-date, with state-of-the-art equipment and fully aware of all Health and Safety practices.
