I recently called in to the parts department to get a price and availability for a coolant reservoir for my Peterbilt 389. The young lady on the parts counter that answered my call was extremely rude and abrupt with me. I was nothing but polite to her. They had the part I needed in stock however I took my business elsewhere. I don’t need to be treated rudely.
